Job description
Source One Management Services, LLC is seeking Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants for flexible PRN in-home Health Risk Assessments in Mount Sterling, IL. Work autonomously and pick your schedule with an 8-day monthly minimum.
You’ll perform comprehensive HRAs for Medicare Advantage members, review medical history, medications, and social factors, and travel locally within about 60 minutes of home using a company-provided iPad and streamlined EMR.
