Job description
Source One Management Services, LLC is seeking Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants for flexible in-home Health Risk Assessments in Wytheville, VA. This PRN role lets you set an eight-day minimum per month, with competitive pay and performance incentives, while avoiding prescribing, on-call duties, and follow-ups.
You will complete HRAs, review histories, and perform basic health evaluations, traveling up to approximately 60 minutes from home using a company EMR.
