Job description
Supportive Care is seeking licensed mental health professionals to provide psychotherapy and psychosocial support to residents in skilled nursing, assisted living, and memory care communities.
You will establish open communication, conduct psychosocial evaluations, implement therapy plans, and maintain documentation with a flexible schedule that includes part-time or full-time opportunities depending on location.
