Job description
Supportive Care in Wilmington, DE seeks a licensed mental health professional to provide psychotherapy 1–3 days per week at a nursing home. Flexible scheduling allows self-determined hours between 7:00 am and 7:00 pm, with part-time or full-time opportunities depending on location.
Eligible licensures include LPC, LMFT, LMHC, LCSW or Psychologist. Responsibilities include psychosocial evaluations, therapy sessions, documentation, and coordinating care with facility staff.
