Job description
Heartland ABA in Missouri is seeking enthusiastic Registered Behavior Technicians to provide one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes or community settings, implementing skill-building strategies and tracking progress to support independence and positive outcomes.
All positions start part-time with flexible hours and a focus on long-term commitment (minimum 6 months). RBT certification is required before working; paid training is provided to help you grow with our clinical team.
