Job description
Comfort Keepers is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) Case Manager to join our Oklahoma team. You will conduct client assessments, develop and manage care plans, perform supervisory visits, coach caregivers, and ensure exceptional client service while working in a field-based role traveling to client homes.
This part-time/PRN/contract position offers flexible scheduling and meaningful work that directly impacts the lives of seniors and veterans in the community.
