Job description
Comfort Keepers is seeking a registered nurse case manager to join our Oklahoma team. The role conducts client assessments, develops and manages care plans, and performs supervisory visits to support caregivers.
This field-based, part-time/PRN position offers flexible hours, mileage reimbursement, and opportunities to positively impact seniors and veterans at home. Must travel to client homes and document in WellSky.
