Job description
Team Select Home Care is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver compassionate one-on-one in-home nursing care for medically complex children and adults, in the comfort of the patient’s home.
You will coordinate with physicians and therapists, document visits in EMR, and collaborate with your clinical supervisor to ensure safe, continuous care. We welcome new grads and emphasize patient-centered care with flexible scheduling and weekly pay.
