Job description
Georgia HOPE, part of Health Connect America, seeks a Family Centered Treatment (FCT) Specialist to deliver evidence-based services in homes and communities, guiding children, adolescents and families toward lasting well‑being. You'll work on a caseload, coordinate with a Treatment Team, and develop individualized Service Plans, with on‑call crisis support.
A Bachelor's degree and two years’ experience are required; FCT certification must be obtained within one year of hire.
