Job description
Suburban Home Health in New Castle, IN is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our home health team. You will manage patient care for adult and geriatric clients in their homes, using a flexible schedule to balance visits and care plans.
Responsibilities include wound care, infusion therapy, medication administration, and delivering education to patients and families. Typical day includes 2 admissions or 6 routine visits, with emphasis on compassionate, one-on-one care.
