Job description
CareRing Health, LLC is seeking a PRN Registered Nurse to manage and coordinate home health care for enrolled clients, delivering comprehensive skilled nursing services and initiating referrals for therapeutic services to support maximum rehabilitation.
You will perform initial and ongoing assessments, participate in on-call rotations, educate families on medications and procedures, and document care plans, with flexible schedules and weekend opportunities.
