Rochester Regional Health is seeking a Physician Assistant to join our collaborative Hospital Medicine team at Rochester General Hospital. Key Responsibilities
Evaluate, diagnose, and manage acute and chronic medical conditions in hospitalized patients
Perform comprehensive assessments, develop treatment plans, and monitor patient progress
Order and interpret diagnostic studies and laboratory testing
Prescribe medications and coordinate patient care across multidisciplinary teams
Communicate with patients, families, consulting services, and attending physicians
Provide patient education and support throughout hospitalization
Complete timely documentation and medical record management
Preferred
Hospital Medicine, Internal Medicine, Emergency Medicine, Critical Care, or related clinical experience
Highly motivated new graduates with strong clinical training are encouraged to apply

PAY RANGE
$100,000.00 - $150,000.00The listed base pay range is a good faith representation of current potential base pay for successful applicants. It may be modified in the future. Pay is determined by factors including experience, relevant qualifications, specialty, internal equity, location, and contracts.
