Job description
Complete Home Care, Inc. is seeking a Physical Therapist to provide coordinated care to clients of all ages in a home-based clinical setting.
You will plan, implement, and evaluate care plans to restore or maintain patient well-being, and you will base treatments on medical referrals and your evaluations. The role requires two years of PT experience in a clinical setting, a current state PT license, and strong communication with patients and families.
