Job description
The Lakes Home Care, Inc. is seeking a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders across neonatal to geriatric populations in home-based settings.
You will conduct comprehensive assessments, create individualized treatment plans, and provide therapy while coordinating with families and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
