As a multi-year Home Care Pulse “Employer of Choice” for eight consecutive years, we’re proud to offer a supportive work environment where caregivers can build steady hours, often with just one or two consistent clients, and make a meaningful impact every day.We are looking for Caregivers who are looking for flexible shifts in Cumberland County.Schedule: Choose your shiftBecause we are preparing for potential round-the-clock (24/7) cases and because we have cases still open, we can accommodate almost any schedule! Build a schedule that works for your life:Shift Lengths: 4-hour shifts, 8-hour shifts, or full 12-hour shiftsDays: Weekdays and/or Weekends (all shifts available)Work Style: Part-time with potential for full-time hours if desiredBenefits (Why Caregivers want to work for us):$15.50–$17.50/hour (based on experience and shift)$5 shift gas Supplement for every shift you go to!$0.50 per hour Attendance IncentiveNational Rate Mileage Reimbursement when providing transportation for the clientPaid virtual or in-person trainingYearly Pay IncreasePart-time with a potential for more hours, only if wantedDental/Vision/Life Ins/ ST Disability/Accidental Critical Illness insuranceHolidays paid at Time and a HalfEmergency Support Staff available 24/7Main Responsibilities of the Caregivers:Running errandsLight housekeepingTransporting clientsPersonal careMeal PrepRequirements of the Caregiver:At least 6 months of hands-on personal care experienceAt least 6 months of bathing and toileting experienceFamily caregiving experience acceptedReliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and car insuranceWilling to undergo a criminal background check
