Job description
Pandora in Bridgewater, MA is seeking a Store Manager to immerse themselves in our brand and culture, coaching a team to deliver exceptional customer experiences on the sales floor and driving sales results.
You will lead a team of Assistant Store Manager, Sales Leads and Sales Associates, mentor talent, manage operations, and ensure visual standards and process excellence.
This role requires 3–5 years of store leadership, strong communication, and a passion for care and performance.
