Job description
Baystate Health is seeking a Flex Team Clinical Pharmacist II to provide comprehensive pharmaceutical care across the health system. The role emphasizes flexibility in daily work locations in line with BH Pharmacy policy and training across acute care sites.
Under Pharmacy Leadership, the pharmacist will perform clinical order verification, drug information, antimicrobial stewardship, regulatory compliance, and education, maintaining competency and contributing to quality and safety initiatives.
