This role is ideal for candidates with Mark Andy or similar flexo press experience, looking for a stable, full-time opportunity in Charlotte.Pay & Schedule$19.00 – $23.00 per hour (based on experience)1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM4-day work weekOvertime availableKey ResponsibilitiesSet up and operate flexographic printing presses (Mark Andy, CEI, or similar)Perform press setup, color matching, and quality controlRun pressure-sensitive label jobs from start to finishTroubleshoot press issues and maintain production efficiencyWork with die cutting, rewinders, and finishing equipmentReview job tickets and ensure accurate production setupMaintain equipment and perform routine preventive maintenanceUse shop floor systems for job tracking and reportingQualifications2+ years experience as a Flexographic Press Operator or Printing Press OperatorExperience in label printing or packaging manufacturing preferredFamiliarity with Mark Andy presses, die cutting, or narrow web printingStrong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting abilityAbility to work in a fast-paced production environmentBenefits401(k)Health, dental, and vision insuranceLife insurancePaid time offApply Or apply directly hereEqual Opportunity EmployerEncore Label & Packaging is an equal opportunity employer.
