Job description
Guardian Flight seeks a Registered Nurse to provide advanced clinical care during air medical transports and interfacility transfers. In this mission-driven, safety-first role, you’ll assess, stabilize, and monitor critically ill and injured patients while collaborating with pilots, paramedics, and hospital teams. RNs use advanced protocols, medications, and equipment in a high-trust, team-based environment. You will participate in ongoing training, simulations, and quality initiatives to maintain readiness and clinical excellence, supporting rural and underserved communities with life-saving care.
