Job description
Allegiance Mobile Health seeks an experienced critical care transport nurse to provide safe, comprehensive care in pre-hospital and inter-facility settings. You will apply flight nursing principles and protocols under medical director guidance.
Requirements include an active RN license, 3+ years of critical care experience, and current BLS/ACLS/PALS; CFRN within 24 months. Prior flight/transport experience and strong communication skills are preferred.
