Job description
Altru Hospital in Grand Forks, ND seeks a Flight Nurse to deliver direct nursing care during transport by fixed-wing aircraft and ground ambulance. You will work under established guidelines to ensure patient safety and optimal outcomes in a high-stakes setting.
