Overview
Flight Nurse – Immediate Hiring in Paducah, KY. Starting at $28.09 + DOE, with an additional $5 Geo Modification. Flight Nurse opportunity to work with air transportation experts to safely transport patients to and from medical facilities as well as scene calls. Responsibilities
Flight Nurses will assess each situation to determine the best course of action to support, monitor and treat patients in critical care situations.
Utilize critical thinking skills to manage the critically ill or injured adult or pediatric patient and support physicians’ orders.
Maintain a safe, clean, and well-stocked aircraft environment, conduct regular equipment and base checks, and comply with safety standards and briefings.
Work collaboratively and communicate professionally with air and ground teams, dispatch, flight crews, facilities and partners.
Share shift change information with the transitioning team and follow protocols to maintain accurate company and regulatory documentation and records.
Maintain required certifications and ongoing training required for the position.

Be on-time, reliable, professional, and meet elevated standards in safety and service.
Minimum Qualifications
Three years of experience in an Emergency or Adult Critical Care setting as a licensed RN.
Current RN license in the states served by the assigned area.
EMT Certification & Trauma Certification in state(s) where required.
BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP required prior to flight status (NRP certification is provided during New Hire Training).
Certified Registered Flight Nurse (CFRN) required within 24 months from date of hire.
Preferred Qualifications
Prior flight experience
Instructor certifications in BLS, ACLS, PALS/PEPP, ITLS/PHTLS.
