Join Our Caring CommunityThe Center Administrator Assistant supports a Center Administrator in the planning and directing of professional and support personnel who provide outpatient care to patients in a clinical setting. The Center Administrator Assistant works within thorough, prescribed guidelines and procedures; uses independent judgment requiring analysis of variable factors to solve basic problems; collaborates with management and top professionals/specialists in selection of methods, techniques, and analytical approach.The Center Administrator Assistant executes staffing plans and procedures for the facility and works with the care team to ensure patient outcomes. Decisions typically are related to schedule, plans, and daily operations. Perform escalated or more complex similar work, and have a group of support and technical associates; coordinates and provide daily oversight to associates. Ensure consistency in execution across team. Provide feedback on performance to Center Administration Management.Use Your Skills To Make An ImpactRequired Qualifications1 year of operational leadership experience in a clinical office settingInterpersonal skills with the ability to work with both internally and externally with different people including physicians and office staffKnowledge of and experience working with Provider CommunitiesMedicare knowledgeExperience with Electronic Medical Record (EMRs) or Health Information Management (HIMs) systemsKnowledge of Excel, and PowerPoint Presentations in a business settingA high level of engagement and emotional intelligenceMust be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on improving consumer experienceMust be bilingual English/SpanishPreferred QualificationsBasic knowledge of Population Health StrategyManaged care experienceValue Based Care knowledgeProven ability to function effectively in matrix management environment and as a member of an interdisciplinary teamSolid understanding of medical care delivery, managed care financial arrangements and reimbursementBachelor's degree, preferably in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration or related fieldExperience managing a budget of $500,000+Scheduled Weekly Hours40Pay Range$58,700 - $68,200 per yearThis job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan.
