Job description
Cone Health is seeking a compassionate CNA & Sitter Float for 7p–7:30a shifts. In this role, you will rotate across units providing bedside care, safety observation, and emotional support to patients of diverse ages and conditions. Responsibilities include vital signs, hygiene and mobility assistance, documentation in the EHR, and close monitoring of high‑risk patients, including 1:1 sitter assignments. You’ll collaborate with RNs and interdisciplinary teams in a culture that values inclusivity, teamwork, and professional growth while supporting community-focused, high-quality patient care.
