Job description
Hartford Healthcare is seeking a compassionate Float Hospice RN to provide weekend home-based hospice care across the Hartford, CT region. In this role, you will manage a rotating caseload, complete comprehensive assessments, develop and adjust care plans, and provide expert pain and symptom management. You will coordinate closely with an interdisciplinary team, educate and support families, and ensure regulatory compliance.
