Job description
Live Well Homecare in Georgia is seeking a compassionate Float Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to support multiple units under RN supervision. You will perform assessments, administer care, and follow physician orders to help patients maintain comfort and safety.
Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, an active Georgia LPN license, BLS certification, and 3+ years in medical-surgical or acute care. You will document care accurately and collaborate with care teams to improve patient outcomes.
