Float Machine OperatorWe are seeking a motivated and dependable Float Machine Operator (In Training) to join our production team in Plover, WI. This role is designed for individuals with manufacturing machine operation experience who are interested in expanding their skills across multiple production areas and building a long-term career path within the organization. Starting in the Blend/Grind Department, this position will train in all aspects of production and sanitation operations, ultimately becoming proficient across multiple departments. This opportunity is ideal for someone who has demonstrated leadership potential and is interested in growing into a future supervisory role.Float Machine Operator Responsibilities:Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment while maintaining safety, quality, and productivity standardsLearn and perform production and sanitation processes across all departmentsTrain on multiple manufacturing systems and production lines to become a versatile "float" operatorSet up, adjust, troubleshoot, and operate equipment according to established proceduresPerform quality checks and accurately document production dataIdentify and communicate equipment, quality, or safety concernsSupport continuous improvement initiatives and operational efficiency goalsSafely operate forklifts to move materials and finished productsAssist with raw material handling and product transfer activities as neededMaintain compliance with food safety, quality, and workplace safety requirementsRequirements for Float Machine Operator:At least one year of recent experience as a manufacturing machine operator, preferably in a lead operator or advanced operator roleDirect machine operation experience requiredForklift experience requiredPositive and stable work historyBasic math skills including addition, subtraction, percentages, and fractionsAbility to identify differences in color shades and hues for quality control purposesStrong attention to detail and ability to follow established proceduresAbility to work independently and as part of a teamStrong communication and problem-solving skills
