The Medical Assistant performs varied activities and moderately complex administrative, operational, and customer support assignments. Typically work on semi-routine assignments. You will report to the Center Administrator of the float staff.Now offering $3,000 Bonus* for Bilingual Medical Assistants who join our new Primary Care Clinics in Phoenix in 2026.This is a float position, You will support various Centerwell Clinics in the Phoenix metro area.The Medical Assistant discusses symptoms and obtains vital signs. They administer medications and vaccines, and perform phlebotomy. The Medical Assistant collects specimens and conducts screening tests. Additionally, they sterilize equipment and maintain exam rooms. The Medical Assistant documents in electronic records. If selected for this role, we will require you to screen for TB.Ideal CandidateYou will have 1+ years MA experience in PCO centerYou will have Value Based Care experience including knowledge of HEDIS, CPT/ICD coding, and CAHPS/HOS Patient ExperienceScheduled Weekly Hours40Pay RangeThe compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.$44,900 - $60,200 per yearThis job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan.
