Job description

Albany Medical Center is seeking a Clinical Nurse for the Float Pool on the Night shift. You will assess, coordinate, plan, direct, and manage patient needs throughout the episode of care, focusing on discharge and transitions within the acute care stay.

You will deliver and coordinate care with the caregiving team, ensuring compassionate, competent nursing for inpatients, ambulatory, and community settings, across 22 units and diverse patient populations.
