Job description
ScionHealth is seeking a Nurse Leader to direct patient care activities and supervise nursing personnel across a unit. You will collaborate with the DNCS and COO/CCO to ensure adherence to nursing standards and safe, high-quality care delivery.
The role requires NC state licensure as an RN, a bachelor’s in nursing, and at least three years in healthcare administration or management. You will promote a culture of safety and continuous improvement within the unit.
