Job description
HCA Healthcare is seeking a Registered Nurse for our Float Pool team. In this role, you will provide high-quality, patient-centered care across multiple units, adapting quickly to diverse clinical settings and patient needs. Responsibilities include assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care; administering medications; collaborating with physicians and interdisciplinary teams; and educating patients and families. You will follow all safety, quality, and infection control standards, document accurately in the EMR, and support mentoring and teamwork.
