Job description
Lee Health is seeking a compassionate, adaptable Flexible Float Pool RN to support patient care across multiple hospital units on PRN day and night shifts. In this role, you will deliver evidence-based nursing care, perform assessments, administer medications, and respond to changing patient needs in a variety of medical-surgical and specialty settings. You’ll collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, prioritize safety and quality, and use strong critical thinking to support diverse patient populations while gaining broad clinical experience in a mission-driven, community-focused health system.
