Lee Health is seeking a Flexible Float Pool RN to support our mission-driven, patient-centered care across multiple hospital units in Southwest Florida. In this PRN role, you will float to various acute care areas based on organizational needs, providing high-quality, evidence-based nursing care on both day and night shifts. Responsibilities include comprehensive assessments, medication administration, care planning, and collaboration with an interdisciplinary team.
