Job description
Shady Grove Medical Center, part of Adventist HealthCare, is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for Float Pool Level II. You will assess, plan, intervene and evaluate patient care at the bedside, document outcomes electronically, and support the care team throughout the shift.
The role includes precepting, participating in quality initiatives, and mentoring students or externs. Maryland RN license and BLS are required; ACLS/PALS/NRP as needed by specialty.
