Provide safe, high-quality care to adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients while floating among medical-surgical, ICU, emergency, rehabilitation, and senior mental health units. Assess patients, review diagnostic results, identify discharge needs, and coordinate and supervise care delivered by support staff.
