Job description
Montgomery College is hiring a full-time Registered Nurse for the Float Pool, located in Cape Girardeau, MO. This position includes a substantial sign-on bonus of up to $20,000 or $30,000 in student loan repayment. The RN will provide age-appropriate patient care in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, focusing primarily on patient safety and quality of care.
The ideal candidate should have a valid RN license in Missouri and at least two years of hospital experience. Typical shifts will include both day and night schedules, with rotating weekends and holidays.
