Job description
HCA Florida Capital Hospital is seeking a dynamic Registered Nurse - Med Surg Float to join a supportive, patient‑centered team. You will float across multiple units, advocate for patients and families, and deliver plan‑based care while maintaining privacy and safety.
Responsibilities include nursing assessments, care coordination, and continuous improvement in outcomes. Florida RN license, BLS, ACLS within 6 months, and 2 years of acute care experience are required; BSN preferred.
