NorthBay Health is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Float Pool to deliver high-quality nursing care across two NorthBay hospitals in California. The RN will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to promote healing and well-being.
The role requires adaptability to float among units based on competency and patient needs. Candidates must hold an active CA RN license and BSN or higher, with current BLS/ACLS; a national certification
