Float Pool RN: Women’s & Children’s Health (L&D–NICU)

Job description

ChristianaCare seeks a compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Women’s & Children’s Float Pool in Newark, DE. The RN will rotate through Labor & Delivery, Postpartum, NICU Level III, and Inpatient Pediatrics, delivering high-quality care across units.

BSN or commitment to BSN within three years is required; two years’ acute care Women’s/Children’s experience; BLS/NRP/PALS; ACLS preferred; Delaware licensure or eligibility. Enjoy comprehensive benefits and paid parental leave.
