About This Role

What You\'ll Do
Deliver direct patient care and support, ensuring high nursing standards.
Conduct patient assessments, devise care plans, and assist in outpatient procedures.
Educate patients and families on treatment plans, medications, and post-procedure care.
Collaborate closely with healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive patient care.
Administer medications, perform IV therapy, and maintain accurate patient records.
Uphold infection control protocols and maintain a safe environment for patients and staff.
Requirements
Education
Associate's Degree in Nursing required, Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred
Experience
Clinical nursing experience 0-1 year required
Ambulatory care or outpatient experience 1-2 years preferred
Licenses & Certifications
Current RN License in Massachusetts required
BLS certification preferred
