Job description
Barnes-Jewish Hospital, part of BJC HealthCare, seeks a Float RN to provide care across 65+ inpatient units. The role involves 12-hour night shifts (7:00 PM–7:30 AM) as part of the Clinical Nurse Float Pool, with leadership responsibilities and ongoing professional development.
Nurses with ICU experience may float to high-acuity areas. Eligible for continuous learning, career advancement, and staff recognition programs within BJC.
