Job description
Winnebago Tribe of Nebraska is seeking a Floater Youth Worker/Shift Lead to support all shifts at the Winnebago Youth Facility. You will intake and orient youth and families, provide direct care, maintain safety, and coordinate with medical and clinical staff as needed.
The role requires flexibility, professionalism, and the ability to adapt to changing youth needs. You will float between Youth Worker and Shift Lead responsibilities, cross-training in crisis procedures and youth care protocols,
