Job description
Baptist Health is seeking a Community Retail PRN Float Pharmacist to join our Pharmacy team. Float locations will be Hardin, Hardin Pavilion, and Bardstown.
The Community Staff Pharmacist provides direct patient care services including drug regimen review, disease state management, medication counseling, adherence monitoring, discharge reconciliation, dispensing, and immunization administration. This role requires flexibility to travel and support multiple sites.
