Job description
Reggio’s Treehouse in Washington, DC is seeking a Floating Early Childhood Director to lead multiple locations in the area, develop program procedures, ensure risk management and financial sustainability, and align with Reggio’s Treehouse standards.
The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's in Early Childhood Education or related field, a Master’s preferred, at least 3 years at director level, and strong leadership and communication skills to build a collaborative school community with families.
