Are you a superstar leasing agent looking for your next adventure?

Join our team as an experienced Floating Leasing Consultant ! This exciting opportunity offers excellent bonus potential, variety in your day-to-day, and the chance to work across multiple thriving communities throughout the valley.

nAs a Floating Leasing Consultant, you'll play a key role in driving occupancy by leasing apartments, engaging with prospective residents, and bringing your energy and expertise to each property you support. This position requires flexibility, reliable transportation, and the ability to work Saturdays.

nResponsibilities:

nnnTravel to various properties throughout the valley to support leasing efforts

n

nnPresent apartments to prospective residents in a persuasive and professional manner

n

nnMarket communities using digital platforms and advertising tools

n

nnStay informed on local market trends and competitor properties

n

nnQualify prospective residents by evaluating needs, income, and rental history

n

nnAccurately complete applications, lease agreements, and related documents

n

nnMaintain knowledge of each property's unique features and availability

n

nnInspect units and grounds to ensure quality standards are met

n

nnProvide outstanding customer service and build strong rapport with prospects and residents

n

nnWork Saturdays and maintain a flexible schedule to meet community needs

n

n nSkills & Experience:

nnnMinimum of 1 year of experience as a Leasing Consultant in the multifamily industry

n

nnStrong sales and negotiation skills with a proven track record

n

nnExcellent interpersonal and customer service abilities

n

nnTech-savvy and comfortable using property management systems and marketing tools

n

nnHighly organized with strong administrative follow-through

n

nnSelf-motivated and adaptable with the ability to thrive in a dynamic, multi-site role

n

nnFair Housing Certified (preferred but not required - we'll train!)

n

nnReliable transportation and willingness to travel daily

n
