HealthYes Talent Partners is seeking a California-licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for a respected, mission-driven healthcare organization in the Sacramento region. This outpatient opportunity offers full-time or part-time scheduling, competitive compensation, and strong clinical support within a collaborative primary care team.
Position Highlights
Starting salary of $165,000+
Full-time or part-time schedule
5 days a week or 4/10s available
100% outpatient primary care
No inpatient responsibilities
Approximately 19-24 patients per day
Structured 20-minute appointment model
Physician, medical assistant, and administrative support
Telemedicine may be incorporated when appropriate
Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive primary care to a diverse patient population
Evaluate, diagnose, and manage acute and chronic conditions
Complete clinical documentation within established timelines
Manage patient messages, prescription refills, laboratory results, and follow-up care
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams
Deliver culturally responsive, patient-centered care
Qualifications
Active California Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license
Outpatient primary care experience preferred
Community health or FQHC experience is a plus
Epic experience strongly preferred
Spanish bilingual skills are a plus
Strong communication, documentation, and teamwork skills
