Job description
The Float Residential Services Technician (RST) and Float Residential Crisis Worker (RCW) provide direct services to residents at a Maine program, administering medications and supporting co-occurring treatment. Locations vary bi-weekly across Portland and South Portland, onsite supervision provided by senior directors.
Requires a high school diploma; MHRT1 certification within one year; 1–2+ years in mental health residential settings preferred; flexible schedule and ability to pass background
