Job description
Parallel Management Group is seeking an Area Sales & Marketing Director to lead and stabilize sales and marketing across senior living and home care communities. This floating role travels between locations to support vacancies, ramp-up periods, and underperforming markets, coaching teams and driving census growth.
The ideal candidate has a proven senior living sales background, strong referral networks, and the ability to build relationships with hospitals, physicians, and community partners
