Job description
Parallel Management Group is seeking an Area Sales & Marketing Director to lead sales and marketing across multiple senior living and home care communities in a floating capacity. You will stabilize markets, coach site teams, and drive census and revenue growth with minimal ramp-up time.
The role requires extensive travel between communities, building referral networks and partnering with regional leaders to optimize occupancy and admissions.
