North Texas Float Pool in Texas seeks a Surgical Technician to support partner hospitals across North Texas. In this float role, you’ll prepare ORs, manage instruments, and assist surgeons across multiple specialties while upholding sterile technique.

You’ll adapt to varying workflows and teams, help with room turnover and counts, and support high-quality patient care during peak demand.
